Information You Send
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that result service. Our own servers do not retain a copy of the submitted search. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Our host may create standard logs containing an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps. We use aggregated technical information to maintain the service and understand general usage. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Message content is used to answer the message. Aggregate technical information helps operate, secure, and improve the reference service. We do not sell a visitor search history because we do not keep one.
External Services
Links and search tools can take you to a government portal or another provider with separate privacy terms, data practices, fees, and security controls. Review that destination’s policy before entering personal information.
Who Can Receive Data
Service providers may process the limited technical or message information needed to host, secure, analyze, or operate this resource. We may also disclose information when law requires it or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.
Safeguards
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information under our control. No web transmission or storage method can be guaranteed fully secure, so avoid sending sensitive information through an ordinary contact message.
Visitors Under 18
The resource is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child provided information through the service.
Your Privacy Choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information in our contact mailbox or server records through the Contact page. Pennsylvania does not currently provide a verified comprehensive consumer-privacy deletion statute or statewide data-broker deletion portal. Government records are controlled by their custodians and may be subject to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§67.101–67.3104, or another specific access law.
Policy Changes
We may revise this policy by posting an updated version here. Continued use after the posting date means the revised policy applies going forward.
